The other location is where the upper wand plugs into the hose handle assembly.

There is a float dome inside the tub and if this float is stuck in the up position, it will cause the drain pump to run or if there is too much water in the tank and it's not able to drain, the drain pump will run constantly. The float assembly other than the float dome is located under the tub and left of the sump as shown in the image I added below. If the dishwasher is not able to drain, the drain pump will run constantly. Check the drain hose and the inside the fitting where the drain hose connects for a blockage.
